Pessary care, prolapse, incontinence, and recurrent UTIs. More on pessary care
Over 1 in 3 women will experience a pelvic floor disorder. It's a sensitive topic — and one I'm happy to show up for.
To my loyal pessary-check patients — I'm so happy to keep offering this service. You can still see me here. And if finances ever limit your access to care, reach out; we'll find a solution.
Initial evaluation for prolapse and pessary fitting. Pessary device billed separately.
Evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor concerns.
If you have been coming in every four to six months for years, this visit is for you. Some of these patients Jessica has cared for since the beginning — nearly a decade of check-ins, adjustments, and familiar conversation.
That continuity is the whole point. Pessary care is kept deliberately short, simple, and affordable on a sliding scale so it never becomes a reason to put off being seen — and so you can keep seeing Jessica in the new Corvallis space.
New to us, or fitted somewhere else? You are welcome here too — no first visit required.
Although GynJess is a cash-pay practice, insurance often still covers medications, labs, Pap smears, imaging and other diagnostics. Superbills are available for possible reimbursement, and FSA/HSA funds are an option too.
