"I've had too many women come into my office saying their symptoms were dismissed. My secret is simple; I listen, I believe you. I use my education and experience to provide individualized options. You are the expert in your body, you make the decisions and I support you."
I'm a board-certified physician assistant specializing in urogynecology, sexual medicine, and the menopause transition. I hold two of the rarest credentials in this field because I believe your care deserves a comprehensive approach.
Fifteen-minute appointments. Months-long waits. Providers who are burned out before they walk into the room. If you are frustrated with what healthcare has become, you are not alone.
And if you are coming from that system, cash-pay may be a surprise at first. Here is what it buys: unhurried time together, direct access to me between visits, and a provider who is not being asked to solve your health in a quarter of an hour.
This is me doing something about a big problem at the scale I can actually reach — so there is room for both halves of the word. Health, and care.
At GynJess, it's just me — working directly with you, for you. No big clinic, no layers of staff. Just direct, personal care from someone who genuinely loves this work.

A note on transparency: no subscriptions, memberships, or supplement sales — and I'm not paid to promote anything. Just FDA-approved medications and evidence-based options.
Born and raised in Long Beach, Washington. I studied Biology and Psychology at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, with minors in Sociology and Chemistry, then earned my Master's in Physician Assistant studies at Heritage University. When my family and I were looking to relocate, a childhood friend — a Samaritan nurse — pointed me toward Corvallis, and I felt an instant connection to the community.
When I'm not in the clinic, I love yoga, spending time with my family, and simply enjoying life.
